Evans should not of been paid he gets to main event and he turns the fight into a sham and joke, it's the last thing this country needs is a ****wit like that prancing around the ring and dancing in between rounds. I found his actions to be totally ****in disrespectful to the sport, its just more fuel as to why MMA is way more popular with the casual fan that likes to see some biffo.

I agree with you Ipswich...... Quinn looked really confident in the fight and seemed to have heaps of belief in himself, he threw well thought punches just not enough.....if only he'd cut the showboating to 2-3rounds :huh I just hope behind all his silliness hes not trying to hide a glass jaw :think

Either way im going to keep my eye on him.....

Thanks buddy. I'm looking for the positives. He's capable of much better and with decent prep, he'll improve a helluva lot on Thursday nights' performance.

**** me i cant understand all the love the tool gets from turning a so caled main event into a complete joke, if he was not in shape he should of done what some of the true fighters do like Dibbs opponent get in there and let ur hands go and go out on ur sword giving it a go in the early rounds.....**** and we complain about mundine fart assing around

I suppose that stems from others who have seen him on other occassions. The fact he lost by 3 points and 4 points despite not fighting well indicates room for improvement. Time will tell...

His trusts his corner now mate...A bit hard when starting out fighting in a new country with no background on your new trainers.

I can tell you the guy was sick through the fight...he threw up in rounds 2 and 8 with some dry reaching in 3 other rounds.

End of the day with some good sparring and trust in his corner to call the shots he will be an interesting prospect.

I watched him today at southbank catch a pidgon in his hands and give it to my daughter to pat....the guy is fast.....try to catch one yourself if you think its easy

With Alex and Evans sparring he will come along to where we thought he would be in the Meehan fight.

Again......congratz to Meehan for a job well done...he was better on the night thats for sure :good

I'd have been sick in the corner too if I had to come back to that hairless beanbag guy each round.
