It depends on the situation of Chagaev. He is a better boxer . But he was inactive for quite a long, and in his fight with Klitschko he was very disappointing. If he fights like he did with Klitschko , even I can beat him

Yes,Chagaev got a lesson in boxing when he was schooled by Wlad,but styles make fights.
Meehan cant hold a candle to Wlad in no department.
I for one would not bet any money on Meehan against Chagaev:-(

 

That's not what I'm saying. Meehan goes down for the second time, and the ref waves his arms in the air, seemingly signifying it's over. Williams seems to think so and drops to his knees praying, and the crowd erupts. Then the ref changes his mind and starts counting Meehan, who's clearly on his feet before he finishes the count, is looking very confused and then gets counted out because he doesn't raise his gloves, which probably had more to do with being confused as to why his opponents corner is already celebrating than actually being unable to continue. Which strikes me as bad refereeing.

 

I tend to think that Chagaev is done. No shame in a loss to Wlad, but Chagaev looked already terrible in his performance before Wlad against Drummond. I would favour Meehan in this match.

 

Could be an entertaining fight...then again, it could be a snoozefest.

I see Chag coming away with an easy UD win, possibly a KO.

regardless to the ref's confusionz and itz effect on kali at the point whereby the ref callz the fight kali is still wobbling but not enough IMO to call the fight and thus IMO the ref should of let kali continue

my point waz that had that happened i wouldnt bet a nickel on kali surviving the rest of the round

 

i still wouldnt favour meehan in this match but i agree with you that Chagaev haznt looked as sharp in his last few fightz

that said he's got a GREAT chin and hitz very hard and i dont think this would be a easy match for kali

personally i think kali gave brewster such a battle because brewsterz a nut and when he getz hit hiz ballz get too big and he seemz to try to show the other guy that he just does not give a **** about being hit which workz great with lessor fighterz but IMO is a STUPID ****ing tactic that basically ruined brewster as a fighter

basically when brewsterz in battle he TRADEz punches with the other guy and clearly his nature showz that he doesnt care if itz not a fair trade as brewster believez as long as he getz 1 shot in for every 10 or so that hit him he will be able to even the score soon enough which at the top levelz of boxing is as i said a stupid tactic that against kali in my opinion basically lost him the fight (eventhough they gave it to brewster,lol)

chageav at his best can walk through punchez just like brewster but unlike brewster he seemz to take notice when he getz clocked and makez adjustmentz rather then brewsterz method of just trying to show how many punchez he can keep walking through

 

I dont know.Havent seen a truly entertaining fight with Chagaev for ages.
And Meehan for sure isnt the most exciting fighter out there either.
