Meehan has been # 1 mandatory for 3/4 of that time however several fights fell over in that time.....hes fit and ready to fight now so looking forward to this fight.

Hes been sparring very well and looks sharp....hes in with a good chance.

Kali Meehan got knocked out in a round by Danny Williams and got taken apart by Hasim Rahman. He's never beaten anyone worth **** and should not be getting yet another eliminator. I think Chagaev should win fairly handily, but he'd lose to Haye.

Chageav should win this fight with Meehan fairly easily. I don't know about Haye though, i think that would be a very close contest...

Agree, a real 50/50 fight if you ask me. At least if Chagaev is still the Chagaev pre Wlad.

Terry, first things first, don't make excuses for your boy ducking the Klitschkos. He is, end of story, and honestly I think Wlad is fighting a better fighter than Haye or Chagaev in Povetkin.

Now, as for this fight, if Chagaev can return to the form he had in the first Valuev fight, I believe he dominates and stops Meehan. If Chagaev can return to the form he had in the first Valuev fight, I firmly believe he would beat Haye as well. He has a very solid chin, good stamina, a solid punch, great technical base, and underrated speed when he is on his game.

Well, I was expecting Meehan to win a decision. I remember his fight against Lamon Brewster, and they showed equal skill level. So, I thought Meehan would have to much size, and power for Chagaev.

Chagev surprised me and fought a good fight, I will give you that. Chagev looked pretty good.

Why the hell should Haye fight Chagev when he just had a mandatory fight against Ruiz? That aint fair!!!
