Still going well at age 37.

He won against DaVarryl Williamson and by retirement from Williamson. He got shafted bigtime against Brewster now tell me where does or who does Meehan fight next.

I'd love to see him fight Shane Cameron to tell you the truth. What i fight that would make.

Would make sense for him to fight today's other winner, Golota. Cameron is a step back in terms of opposition profile IMO.

It would be a great fight though.

I feel Kali would get KO'd against Golota. Golota just that notch too good. Just like Rahman was.

He could definately get himself a Title shot.

I think a fight against Cameron in NZ or Aussie would be a big fight Camerons team keep saying they want a big fight and Meehan would be one!

On paper it sounds good but not sure either fighter has the profile over here to make it financially viable.

Sorry for all the question's but would he have to cover his travel and accomodation with his purse??

Also how much of a fighters purse% would meehan be left with after paying trainer/cut man??

Just curious to how much coin the battling contender makes in the fightgame..

    Cheers mate..

from what i know hed lose at least 30% of his purse to trainer and manager, then tax, airfares food accomadagtion should all be paid for by promoter

Big win for Kali, wasnt sure if he could do it, good on him.

Golota is the smart bet, he is very beatable. At his best he is quite good but those days are behind him and if you really really go after him in the first your half a chance of knocking him off. He looked pretty bad against a really bad opponant in McBride on the weekend.

Plus now he is ranked is the perfect "soft" defence option for any of the new champs. I think he is ranked by the WBA so Chagaev might be the go.

A fight with McCline would do Kali no harm either.

Yeah a fight with McCline or Golota would be good for him.
Otherwise look for a world title eliminator.
