yeah...he will fight anyone at anytime time...problem is hes fighting NO one , all the time .
give me a ****ing break...hes fought 3 times in 2 years. its been 90 days since his last fight with nothing on the agenda..... im no fan of the klits, im a fan of boxing and this hurts it. how anyone can defend this guy is a mindless fan boy.... 3 fights in 2 years...monte barrett, john ruiz , valeuv......
heres an idea...if youre only gonna fight 3 times in 2 years...make them ****ing count and quit challenging guys and backing out.....douche bags

Because a contract doesn't have to apply exactly the same terms to each party.

I have no idea what may or may not have been part of any agreement that may or may not have existed. Stupid to suggest that it's impossible that such a thing could exist however.

    Exactly right.

The problem is NOT that he won't fight the Klits. Nor is the problem that he ran his mouth trying to fight the Klits before he snagged the title from Valuev.

The problem is Haye doesn't fight. And when he fights, he fights bums. Valuev is the only top 20 heavyweight Haye has fought and Valuev is arguably over the hill--look how Valuev hasn't fought since.

If Haye seriously wanted a fight with the Klits, why doesn't he come out in public and indicate what terms are acceptable to him, just as King/Valuev are doing with Vitali? If it's a contract dispute, why doesn't he say what he wants, and see if the Klits are willing to meet it?

We fans want to like Haye, but in order to earn respect he has to fight decent competition and fight more often. He's cruised along on his Cruiserweight laurels long enough...time to put up or shut up.

If he's waiting for the Klits to get old or retire...fine. Challenge Adamek immediately, or stfu.

whats funny is he ran his big ****ing mouth so much last time that he got hammered for a year for backing out....now obviously "hes not allowed to talk" because his own people ...they know his act has run its course.....his word means nothing.....so they just told him to shut up until they figure out how to make him look like he has balls again and that actually wants to fight

I don't know but if respected journalists cite them, they must be reliable.

I know. It's all part of the negotiations. I can't see any logic in saying "there can't have been one because K2 weren't silent". It doesn't always work that way.

    how about common sense.

Haye is the one that talked about "once I have a belt, I will be in a better negotiating position"... yet he allows himself to be silenced?

We all know Haye and his words is what got him on the map and he has talked **** since then, but all of a sudden he agrees to be silenced while the other side can talk?

    kind of a stretch IMO

    Not at all.

Why would my argument be pro-Haye? What you don't get is, I'm a bigger Wlad fan. I just don't think this constant criticism is deserved. There is two sides to the story and when I see fit to criticize Haye, I will. Right now, I think K2's underhand guerrila tactics deserve criticism.

Saureland wants this fight, but K2 promotions has proven they put forth the largest bids. K2 killed Sauerland's offer on the Povetkin fight and Povetkin was there man.

No--Haye is not ready to fight them. He is going after old heavies who have already been exposed using the WBA belt which has been badly tarnished. Chagaev is the WBA champ. He never lost it in the ring. If Haye had any balls, he fights Chagaev next, not Audley F'n Harrison.

He was just quoting Bern Boente. Rafael barely touches on boxing because of his nationalist outlook, so I doubt he has sources over here.

And Boente's word is as good as Booth's (Well, less so considering we know he's lord before about offers), who said there was no 50/50. This Square 1 place seems familiar.

It's true. They used the media ban to tarnish Haye's name and look how many haters he has now. It worked.
