When? Never heard it... can you explain it to me my would Don King let his cash cow Valuev take on Haye in a voluntary defense without options? If Sauerland has it, Don King has it too...even if indirectly through Sauerland.

REALLY?... that was info from Wlad on a fight that never happened..... no problem disclosing that... its not a current contract. That was a year ago

Haye was to secure the stadium... he wouldnt couldnt do it... so wlad stepped up and took on the financial responsibility on the stadium which neither side was sure it would sellout.. PLUS wlad had to step up and pay for all pressers and all costs for "fight week" for both sides... that changed the existing contract.

How it was settled after that, I dont know

Don King might earn some money out of Haye but it comes out of Sauerland cut.

Don King had no involvement in the Haye/Valuev contract. Wanna see him say it himself?

    And here's Valuev:

How can he have a financial agreement with Haye if he wasn't part of the Haye/Valuev contract? Where did it come from?

It said he wasn't involved in negotiations. It doesn't say he doesn't get a cut as a promoter.

In which case his cut would be part of his agreement with Sauerland for Valuev's promotion and nothing to do with David Haye.

Let's see, two guys that aren't lawyers and haven't seen the contracts, are going to argue contract law? Sure, why not.... :nut

Call me crazy, but the best thing to do when you haven't seen a contract is to take the word of those that have, especially when they all agree.

Sauerland, Booth, Valuev, Haye and King himself all say King wasn't part of it.

Don't be so ridiculous. Hermit, the guy who makes his own beer, knows more about the contract then those guys. Here is a recent picture of Hermit and his luxury yacht.
