George Kambosos recently talked about losing his "do or die" mentality, due to the rematch clause. He claims the urgency wasn't there for the Haney fight. All of a sudden this man has "loss" his urgency after facing Lopez, Selby, and Bey (which he lost imo).

Fighters should work through their mental battles quietly (with their team and psychologists) to avoid embarrassing moments like this. It's just the smart thing to do.

IS this the worse excuse in the second half of 2022?

Kambosos should be a promoter. He did a helluva job selling himself for his own fight. I'm sure he could sell other fighters to the public. He got 12-0'd by Haney - this is the most pointless rematch we've seen in the past few years (years where there have been a LOT of pointless rematches).

After this fight, and George’s loss, you will not have to worry about pronouncing or spelling his last name. He will fade into obscurity for good. Maybe he will be a stepping stone type guy but George’s days of wearing a championship belt are over.

I could see Lopez asking for a rematch at 140 to avenge his loss but can’t imagine anyone wanting to see it. George had his moment in the sun but all stories about George’s career will be in the past tense after the next fight. Feather fisted Haney might even knock him out. Whatever happens, Kambosos will not be the guy getting his arm raised at the end. Hope he saved his pennies.

Don't worry you won't hear from him anymore after Haney retires him.

He Shouldn't have been letting his Ego talk all that ****, was embarrassing,

Plus i read that he's headed to the Philippines for this whole Camp as to avoid any distraction going forward as he stated that the Media obligations just drained him out.

He turned into Teo quick. The pressure of being the A side probably got to him as well.

Kambosos is completely irrelevant. He barely even has a fanbase in Australia.

It wasn't just that but Kambosos never even had any momentum going in any round & he couldn't get past the simple Jab & was acting like he didn't even want to take a chance & try something different to change the course of the fight,

Oh also He & Haney completely stinked out the joint as a bonus, were these two guys in the conversation of being called the 4 Kings? If so then Yikes....

Kambosos has had his time at the top. Everyone knew it would be short lived. He has no chance in the rematch. Really a senseless fight.

You are gonna regret saying this when Kambosos changes it up and shockingly puts Haneys lights out in similar fashion to Tszyu Judah
