We have seen boxers with broken hands still throwing punches and moving forward - more guts more heart more belief than Loma.
Lomachenko did not throw hooks for the first half or so against Crolla. Did the power disappear after round 6? The sport is boxing, Kambosos' guts wouldn't help him against a boxer like Haney or Lomachenko. He did not have covid in 2020. Different boxers behave differently to injuries. Going slow for the first half was a tactical one. The decision could have been a combination of cautiousness (injury), poor pace (the corner), ring rust and Lopez's plan.
You are not wrong that Loma is afraid to get hit. But to say that he has less heart than Kambosos fighting Lopez is not true at all. It was Loma's final step to become undisputed champion, of course he took it seriously. IMHO, Loma lost because of two reasons. 1) Wrong game plan due to Loma overestimating Lopez's power ; 2) his injured shoulder. Those two reasons are corelated because with bad condition of his shoulder, he couldn't perform his defense perfectly.

Loma made no excuses about his shoulder so why are his fans? Was he salty for losing yes but most fighters are after a loss.
I know that, now someone needs to tell that to his haters. The mere fact that he was injured and some of us used that as a valid excuse for why he played it safe because he wanted to avoid injuring it in the fight and potentially losing by TKO, and barely threw a punch for the first 6 rounds was enough to make the Teofimo fanboys (aka Loma haters) apoplectic and somehow make that connection in their minds regardless.
that one night will be the highlight of kambosos career the rest of it is all downhill.. haney/loma gonna beat him he will probs lose his titles in next fight.. but due to fighters moving up i believe he will win back 1 or 2 belts down the road.
