Kambosos to fight on June 5th

Thats about how I see it, I can't see George beating Loma and in fact I don't think it'll be close enough of a fight to where George will want to enforce a rematch clause. I like Kambosos but there are levels here and unless Loma's not prepared he's a level above. Georges toughness will make this fight entertaining though.

Loma clowns him and gives George a boxing lesson. The only question is the corrupt Aussie judges. As long as Kambo finishes on his feet he’s got a shot. Loma will be healthy and fully motivated. A KO is not out of the question. That is, if this fight actually happens.

If Loma wins and George decides to go forward with a rematch, I’d stay far away from Australia. They should fight on a neutral site. I’m excited about the prospect of this one. Unlike Haney, these guys are exciting fighters who plan to stay at LW. Haney would drop the belts and move to his natural weight of 140 where he should be anyway. I don’t see Haney beating any top guys at 140 but Taylor is leaving and there will be opportunities to prove me wrong. Haney-Teo would be a good one.

 

But never Underestimate a man as intelligent and determined as Kambosos, especially fighting in front of his home crowd.. he wont give them up easily .. he's also a big lightweight.. Loma is always getting injured & the years are racking up now so this isn't as clear cut as ppl think.. i'd love the Ukrainian to win and get some redemption but I won't be shocked if the Australian pulls it off

 

Kambososo-Lomachenko would be a good, close fight. It's the fight that needs to happen right now. Come on George! Sign it!

If George musters up the courage to fight Loma, don’t be a stranger. Unless he can figure out a way to injure Loma’s shoulder before the fight. That’s the only blueprint. Loma is going to destroy him. Easy money.
