Seeing you last night mate, and how calm you were thru most of the fights compared to how animated you were when Enzo was fighting tells us all we need to know about Enzo and what a top bloke he is.

When he fights I think we're all emotionally involved.

Some of his mates at the hotel said that he had a broken jaw but I'm not sure.

He was walking round the arena while the Broadhurst fight was on and his mates told us that he had been told he had to go to hospital by the morning.

And yes Ince should have thrown in the towel but ultimately that ***** of a ref should take responsibility.

The article on sky news somes it up perfectly when he says that frenkal showed far more concern for Enzo than the ref did.

fenkal showed some class by doing that whilst u cudnt even attempt to hide the smile and laughing from his trainer (alright, i know it was because they just won the fight and not the state of enzo but he should of gone back to his corner and shown some class, ala ritchie woodall in that brian rose fight)

on another note, i see that joke joe cortez was ref-ing a the gamboa fight last week, didnt think he'd be doing another fworld title fight:-(

It was worrying stuff, that decision could have cost Enzo his life as he knows it, or worse :-(

Roger Tillerman still gets employed so it's hardly a shock to me that joe firm but bent cortez gets a shake.

Yep that was a pretty poor decision right there. The ref should have recognized with the type of punch that landed, rolling Enzo's head everywhere, that he was in no position to continue. He got up wobbly legged like he did against Haye...but worse.

And his corner...well...they have no excuse. They know Enzo's history. He doesn't recover.

Ref should've asked Enzo what city he was in and when he replied that he didn't even know what planet he was on that should've been it. Have to admire Enzo's heart.
