Jennings wins, by the reasons that IB had already noted

Jennings via UD. Too big, and too athletic.

Whats this athleticism and how does it apply to winning a boxing match?

Would Usain Bolt be p4p #1 if he laced up a pair of mitts?

I see Jennings having slow feet and a very low work rate. Not comparable to the 15 rounder Mildenberger who used the ring to greater effect and had a higher punch out put.

Would that not describe a higher level of athleticism over Jennings?

Besides that Jennings is raw and under developed. He would get out boxed here.

Mildenberger was fairly athletic and gave Ali a decent fight. However, Jennings reach along with his 20 plus pounds of muscled weight would be to much to overcome. Jennings UD.

In the context of boxing athleticism can mean a lot of things. Good reflexes, good movement skills, good speed, etc...

Usain Bolt would be athletic in most sports, but this is boxing and as soon as he's hit a few times, that would be that. Jennings in addition to being a good athlete, is strong, big, and can take a punch.

Jennings looked better in this other fights. Put it this way, Mildenberger would not bother Wlad one bit. Jennings did.

Karl is simply too small, and does not hit hard enough to make up for the size he's giving up here.

The only fight I've seen with Mildenberger is the one against Ali and although Ali had some trouble finishing him I thought he looked pretty bad. His footwork was really bad, he just shuffles forward, putting his heel down first and therefor was unable to punch before he gets set. He had some succes i his carreer so he couldnt be as bad as I thought he looked (to be fair a lot fighters looked bad when sharing the ring with Ali), but based on what I've seen I'll take Jennings to stop him.
