A good fight and a great finish for FNF and Karmazin. I don't know much about Sebastian Sylvester so I can't say how Karmazin will do against him.
That is assuming it's still Sylvester who has the IBF title. Sylvester has to get by a guy named Pablo Navascues in three weeks. It would be VERY good news for Karmazin is Navascues can pull off the upset somehow. Based on how he looked in his draw with Castillejo, Pablo is someone Roman could easily use as a stepping stool to his two-division championship dream. Sylvester would be the sterner test but within reason Roman could certainly outbox him too.
Solid fight with a good finish. Karmazin is on a nice streak at 160 even though his legs are looking shakier every time out. I wouldn't be surprised if he retires after one or two more fights. Miranda will never be a great fighter but he is very tv friendly. He'd make an excellent ESPN opponent for some of the upcoming younger middleweights like Jacobs and Guerrero.
Sebastian Sylvester's not that good. If he has a chance against anyone, it's Sylvester, who will make Karmazin look very slow but who is there to be hit by an aggressive puncher.
He definitely does have a chance against Sylvester, but like I said, his chances are even better against Navascues if the Spaniard can land a lucky shot on SS. :yep
I'm glad Roman won, just as I said he would, but why was he fighting an IBF title eliminator after winning the NABF title?
