I doubt whether the fight would be made.

I don't think Balsay's promoter will let this fight happen, seing who they chose for his first optional defense. The guy is ranked 117th by boxrec and is 42 years old. People were bashing Bute for facing Joppy.

Froch would knock his arse out.

Won't be made, he needs bigger fights.

Balzsay's best win is scrapping by the guy who shamelessly ducked The Cobra twice.

Balzay's not that bad. The opening rounds would be pretty even - with Froch being the busier and Balzsay being the more accurate guy (good counterpuncher). But in the later rounds Froch would start to dominate and maybe stop him late. My pick: Froch on points 118:110 - 116:112 depending where they fight.

But we all know that no Universum fighter (who doesn't intend to retire after the fight) will ever be involved in a unification fight.

I don't think Balzsay's bad at all, I think he's a decent little boxer-punch type, but I don't think he's on the level of the top guys in the division like Froch, Kessler, Bute or Taylor still. He may keep his belt for a while, but I don't see him doing anything special.
