    Due to unforseen circumstances?

Real shame this, the McGregor rematch would have been a brilliant fight.

That's a real shame, the lad's only 26. At his age there's still plenty of time for a good career.

Edit: last couple of paras in this statement are the most relevant.

What a weird phrase. Doesn't sound like a injury or health worries from that.

I had assumed maybe a dodgy brain scan or something of that nature?

As it had sounded like he vs McGregor was happening in March

Due to health issues I presume? It's a shame as the McGregor rematch was being set up for this year, both were destined to be future world champions / challengers.

Hopefully he gets a good job and can make some good money, he wasn't a pro at the top level long enough to make good money unfortunately.

Horrible news. Imagine something has came up in one of his scans, or medicals. Really feel for boy, had every shot in the book. Not a big puncher, but his movement and skills were incredible. He was a real throwback fighter. I wish him happiness and health in his retirement from boxing.

Was that not the same 'club' where a guy died in the ring a few years ago?

Certainly a medical scan has shown a problem and although he will be gutted now, this scan may have saved him from finding out he had a serious medical problem in the ring potentially saving his life.

Great little fighter who looked to have an elite skillset only lacking power.

It’ll likely be because of complications from a brain scan reading between the lines.A shame but Kash has got a purpose working in boxing and is healthy.

This is massively disappointing. So much unfulfilled potential and we'll never get closure with a McGregor rematch.

James Murray collapsed in the last round of his British Title fight with Drew Docherty and died in hospital.

Extremely sad news. Kash is one of the most dedicated guys out there, his whole life is boxing. His skillset was definitely there and was on the verge of some big money match-ups. Glad he'll still have a role in boxing.
