Roman nwon more rounds than Ouma. The judges got it right. As for your first sentence that is what "almost" happened. That is why I said Ouma was almost bailed out. The 1 card that he won was because of the KD. Things didn;t need to workout differently the right guy won. :thumbsup
Absolutely horrid. Ouma looked pathetic.. rusty is a huge understatement. A year ago he would stop this guy in 2 rounds. Damn, I wonder if someone bet on Roman at +1750! This is easily the biggest upset of the year with Monte Barrett getting knocked out in second. Does this make Taylor's already low stock go even lower?
He was too much time inactive and given too much credit for a middleweight title challenge at Taylor and which was not as nearly effective as Bernard, Winky, Cory and specially Kelly. In that meantime of innactivity, Kassim "The Dream" was labeled to be in the Top 10 Middles ratings by general consensus and about to agree on showdonws with Tito, Cory, Shane ( back at 147 pounds)... That's what happens when your stakes are that high but you keep on waiting on the arm-chair.
What a dumb **** Ouma is to let himself get upset in that manner. Roman was stopped in his last 2 fights, one guy was 7-12, and Ouma just thought he only had to show up to win. I hope no one laid the wood on Ouma.:rofl :rofl :smoke :smoke
This isn't the first time that Ouma has come into the ring lethargic and uninterested in the fight. As good as Ouma can be, he's his own worst enemy.
And as effective as he can be when he is committed, I'm not at all sad to see him take a giant step backward if he's not willing to buckle down.
