Serrano's fangirls have been whining more than she has or ever will in her life.

    This.

That is how you know it was a great fight, well done to both of them for putting on such a show.

I've just watched the fight back again, and something I missed during the 5th round when getting caught up in the emotion at the time, was that Taylor was throwing back still. Yes, Serrano badly hurt her, but Taylor was still trading. I'm not sure you can score that round a 10-8 if you watch it again.

I also thought at the time that the 10th was a close round...But that's because I remember how it ignited in the final 15 seconds, with both of them trading. Watching it back again, Taylor comfortably won the round out boxing Serrano, and Serrano whilst not 'Hurt', was visibly wobbled and put off balance three to four times when Taylor timed her coming in.

I could only give Serrano 3 'Clear' rounds...Whereas I could give Taylor at least 5 'Clear' rounds.
I think people are just more impressed with winning a round by hurting your opponent, than by out boxing your opponent.

The 10th is actually a great way to explain how a round and fight can be scored so differently.
Those giving Serrano the 10th, clearly think purely landing the most visibly 'Hurtful' punch of a round is the only deciding factor.
Those giving Taylor the 10th, clearly think landing more punches, controlling the distance better and controlling the fight through your own style is more important.
