Serrano also doesn't have tournament level experience and almost no amateur career. On the other hand, Taylor is Olympic gold medalist, won 5 world, 6 European championships, a total of 18 gold medals at international level.

You seem like a reasonable guy, so tell me why do you think people in this forum insist Serrano will definitely beat Taylor? Taylor didn't collect those gold medals from trees and became undisputed light weight champion by coincidence.

 

Serrano has a lot more pro experience which is crucial, albeit not at the same level as consistently as Katie has. Taylor is a quality fighter no doubt but she's 35 now and she's had a long and gruelling career with some absolute wars (part of why she's loved). I wouldn't be bold enough to claim she's totally shot, but she's obviously declined to a degree. Serrano also has the vaunted puncher's chance we rarely see in women's boxing, so that's a large influencing factor.

 

She doesn't need any makeup whatsoever, that face is nigh on perfect already.

 

Algieri is one sexy man, and he's really just so nice. Absolute warrior too, nothing but respect for the pillow fisted gangster.

 

After feet, that's probably the part I care least about.

 

Absolute BS. We already had a title flight with 3 minute rounds. You're talking out of your ass. WBA sanctioned it in the past and they sanction it again. And other organizations would do it as well. Taylor side just didn't want it so they didn't even try.
