I seriously don't see the point. He lost convincingly the first time..I don't see how things will change for him this time around..

    He may do better.

He had an injured right hand when they fought and imo Diaz is 0-3 in his last three fights with a brutal ko in there.

I'd rather this fight than Guerrero.

Katsidis should just focus on Guerrero.....and after the fight then go for Diaz

Going off the statement Katsidis put out, I'd say it's not signed at all. The purse might have been lousy, but it's clear Katsidis doesn't want the Guerrero fight at all.

pride, self belief he keeps calling out Pac too which is career suicide IMO but he obviously has alot of belief in himself.admirable even if misguided in others opinions.hes a all action fighter who is great too watch.enjoy it while it lasts.

I think katsidis would bring the heat to a rematch and win by stoppage, diaz has to be lacking in confidence at the moment. This over guerrero any day.

Ok...I guess I should have read the link :nut

The first fight was a toe to toe war...like most of rocky fights however even though it was very close....maybe 1 round in it I just think Diaz has got the answers for rockys style.

Diaz has great movement both ways when Katsidis moves forward leaning over....he's just so open to the step aside counter left right hook and uppercut....rocky looks off balance when he's moving forward leaning over and thats where he gets caught.

From memory Katsidis did eat some huge uppercuts and hooks....and most of them were counters because rocky wont cover up after a combo and leaves his hands down most of the time after round 6 and tries to use upper body movement as defence.

In the end rocky is great to watch however I wish he would work more on defence

If you watch it without the sound it is not the ass whooping kellerman would want you to believe, he had katsidis marked down as "the new gatti" long ago and won't waver from his initial assessment. It's painful to hear him go on about is he good or is he great every time katsidis fights.

I personally think the fight will end up the same way as the first one with Diaz winning. I hope I'm wrong if it does go ahead.

    Yeah mate....tend to agree

Rocky needs to find fighters that dont like fighting on the inside....like Escobedeo.....Diaz loves the inside and IMO is better at it than Katsidis.

You and the one judge were the only one's who had it a draw.

It was competitve but Diaz won clearly.

Katsidis looked nice and tidy against Escobedo. Kept his defence a lot tighter in that fight, even though it turned in to a one sided drubbing after a few rds.
