Katsidis homecoming fight not PPV

i dont think it was smart planning in having the fight on the same night as Brisbane Lions VS Gold Coast Suns....

Just a thought

 

Katsidis > Brisbane Lions

 

Make it Katsidis vs The Brisbane Lions 1 after the other and then make it PPV!

 

I'd pay to watch that!!!

 

Main Event doesn't cover production costs (approx 50k) & Katsidis & Co might not have it, or prepared to risk it.

 

It is a big risk. It's kind of good to see they aren't stooping to getting a footy player turned boxer in a joke of a match up just for ratings (yet), but at the same time, gives you perspective to see why certain promoters (or promoter) does do that for the bucks...

 

Brisbane is **** anyway...doesn't Tua fight the same night

 

yes Geale vs. whoever it is is PPV. and they have to pay production costs. He, like Kat should have fought on the Green card.

 

Geale promised the Tazzie fans a home comming, so the Green undercard was problably not an option.

I think it's a waste having the only legit world champ our country has fighting on undercards :deal

I agree lads disappointing FOX couldnt pick it up at least.
Then again its not boxing people running FOX's boxing dept.

 

if they were aussies they should be supporting it.

 

It's very disappointing most of us aren't going to get to see Michael Katsidis return home fight. We'd be better off if he was fighting thousands of kilometers away. At least we'd get to see the fight then.
