Side note: brandons trunks were a tribute to the flintstones ( nick name bam bam), in particular, bam bam and pebbles.

I really dont want to see Mick take on Rios. He needs to let his head recover from the last few wars. I have absolutely nothing against Mick taking 2 or 3 easy fights. After that, if Arum hasn't already let Pacman destroy Rios' rise, then match him up with Mick.

Rios lost me when he was on video mocking freddy roach and his parkinsons. He eventually apologised, not before denying he was making fun of roachs condition. Hope he has grown up a bit since then.

Katsidis is not on the slide, he is still at his peak, the marquez performance was a great one considering all the heartache he had to endure during preperations. The guerrero fight was just a bad stylistic match up for him, he was fighting a tall fast skillfull southpaw, every time kats would throw lead rights he would land at will and guerrero had no answer, but he abandoned that weapon for most of the fight, when he went to the body he was awsome also.

Bad tactics against a skillfull southpaw spells doom. Katsidis phisically and mentally is still a beast. He would give rios a good run for his money.

I heard Interim WBO Title fight because of Marquez & Guerrero fighting in bouts above 135 pounds.

I'm up for Kats against Rios.

Rios takes a lot of hits and Kats has more power than anyone he's faced. If he got hit by Katsidis the way Antillon hit him in the first 2 I think he'd find himself in trouble.

Sure, Kats has seen many wars and he's getting older, but I don't think he's 'on the slide'... he's just come up against better fighters with better game plans. Rios is good, but I don't rate him as highly as some are at the moment and he could be Kats' ticket back to relevance imo

His best attribute is that he is patient and can think in there. Not very common amongst filo fighters. He knows when to change gears.

Kid looks decent but hasnt had an acid test yet, been matched softly so far.

People are really writing Kats off here, kinda like they did against Mitchell. Rios is a beast but Kats is not another LA gym fighter. Kats can take this kid into deep water and drown him. People are talking as if Rios will walk right through him. Name a fighter that has even looked like walking through Katsidis. He gets beaten by guys that move well, throw from the outside and that are lightning quick. Doesnt sound like Rios to me.
