... No need to get pissy! So who do you want to see kats fight next? the winner of diaz-marquez?

    Only if it's Diaz. :yep

As a big JMM fan, I don't really think he has much left and don't want to see him take a beating. I'd rather he bow out gracefully in a loss to Baby Bull where he's not as likely to get hurt, than with a mauler like Katsidis. Juan would be too brave for his own good and it wouldn't be pretty. I'd like for both Marquez brothers to be cashed out by the end of the year. Maybe they can open a gym, start training young Mexicans.

I think JMM will beat diaz. I also think JMM would beat katsidis! The marquez bros would make excellent trainers one day:good

Commentary was so biased. Awful. Mitchell wasn't "boxing beautifully" he was pawing with the jab, running for his life and cracking whenever pressured.

Yep. It was enough to win the second, as Katsidis more or less let him off the hook in that round, maybe to lull him into a false sense of security before exploding at the bell in the third. Early reports that he was "well in control" until being stopped were obviously misinformation.

    Exactly.

I thought the first two rounds were toss ups.

Either way, Katsidis had an awesome game plan, and mean intintions on his punches.

Kat is starting to grow on me. He seems like an honest guy. Hopefully he can keep gettig good fights and stay in the spotlight.

Mitchell was unconscious on his feet. If he had fallen over, he would have had a chance to recover and maybe he would have, but the punches caused him to fall back against the ropes instead of to the canvas. Which is why he took 3 or 4 huge shots which had his head spinning every which way. The ropes held him up and Katsidis prevented him from falling forward. If there's no standing 8-count (not sure on the rules of the bout), the ref pretty much has to step in and call it off, because Mitchell was just going to stand there indefinitely while Katsidis ripped his head off.
