Katsidis's Manager: Khan didn't offer us a fight

Rubbish, on HBO straight after the fight, he said in plain english he wanted a tune up/ Keep busy bout in July, and then in November, after Ramadhan he was gonna kick ass againt the top names, and thats still the plan. You're the only one who keeps bringing up Morales, has he paid u to put his name out there?

Mallignaggi was a big fight, It was live on HBO against a guy who'd only ever truly lost to Cotto and Hatton, he was fighting a pure boxer in his hometown, whom he totally outboxed, and getting the hometown fans to cheer for you after the fight, just shows u his star quality. Not to mention the highest rating for a HBO BAD show this year.

 

and if he doesn't...

 

then he'll create a thread where unnnamed sources have said Amir Khan will be fighting Erik Morales for the WBC international continental of the African diaspora championship, and use it as evidence of "Con" ducking the big challengers

as ive said before in one of thr OTHER khan threads,its just a warm up fight for khan,not a bad one really,although casa is a fair bit past it,he is still a bit dangerous for khan.
i do hope in his nextfight after ramadam he will fight someone who is a ligitimate champ or up and coming good un,not a past it sell by date ex lighter world champ .:thumbsup

It wouldn't matter if Maidana was paralysed from the neck down and had retired, some of the whiny bitches on here would still be calling for the fight. When are people going to accept that Maidana is a plodder who can bang a bit but who has as suspect a chin as Khan does.

People on here dislike Khan for a variety of reasons ranging from don't like his style, cocky, to the more perverse "he has a china chin"...thats all fair enough. However, there are at least two people on this board who dislike him for what his ethnic background is and thats way out of order, not to Khan especially as I suspect he doesn't really give a ****, but to some exceptional posters on here who have asian heritage...there should be no place in boxing or boxing forums for racists

Fair enough I suppose. After that though I really would like him to get into a fight that I can look forward to, a fight in which the result isn't 100% predictable from before the first bell.

In all honesty, if Khan doesnt get his fight against one of the otehr big names in the division,I think Khan will be fighting the winner of the Marquez-Diaz II fight, with Katsidis fighting the loser for the full WBO belt, since the winner will probably drop the belt, cos they'd rather face Khan for super money, rather than Katsidis.

Don't sully the name of a legend. SUPER MARIO is the best lightweight boxer am or pro of the last twenty five years. he was simply old, and not prepared for a four round fight with a young energetic Khan. Kindelan won when it mattered, the olympic final in athens...nuff said.
