Big left hook to the body by Yaegashi. Ioka circles left, concentrating on placing his feet steadily and remaining alert on defense. Yaegashi keeps bowing and diving in, attacking from odd low angles. Nice hooks by Yaegashi, and up-jabs to the lungs from a near crouch. Ioka tries to bash Yaegashi back to the ropes with a slapping 1-2. Yaegashi grinds his way in, elbows up against Ioka's as they wrestle and jockey for position. Clubbing right by Yaegashi as Ioka bends forward trying to hold or work the body. Yaegashi slips a right hand by stepping right and lands a jab!!

Round 12

Jab by Ioka. Straight and sharp, and stepping around Yaegashi with each one. Desperate right to the body by Yaegashi. Ioka jabs, jabs, jabs, keeping it tethered to Yaegashi's face. Right between the eyes. Yaegashi can't get going yet, too many jabs in his line of sight. BIG RIGHT HAND BY YAEGASHI! Jabs and slapping hooks by Ioka as he circles around him. Yaegashi's eyes are horribly puffed. He might be seeing double. Big swings by Yaegashi. Some sloppy infighting, with Yaegashi bent over against Ioka and his back almost given up to him. Big right hand by Yaegashi. Ioka holds. Body shots by Ioka. Left hook by Yaegashi, and the ref inexplicably breaks up the action. Jabs by Ioka, targeting those eyes!! Yaegashi circles right, and falls in with some arm punches. Both tired but gunning hard!! Ioka slaps up top with a right as they collide. BIG EXCHANGE UNTIL THE BELL!!!
