What happened to the possible match up with Roman Gonzalez? I really wanted to see that. He does deserve another go with Nietes though, that fight was really close and a rematch is warranted.
The first fight was a technical marvel. Both barely got a scratch but still put on a nice boxing exhibition. I think Nietes is getting old and Ioka has a chance to avenge that loss. This content is protected
WBO did what sanctioning bodies do best, ordered a mandatory.. Nietes is a great in his own right so it could have been worse but wishful thinking that the winner faces Gonzalez next.. Maybe another Superfly card would be great for this
