    Wow... I seriously question the mental well being of many of the people on Twitter, I've come across a few, including Tokkeru, who think Ioka was robbed. What the **** were they watching?:dunno

    I was surprised at the halfway point to see many drawn cards at 57 apiece. I thought my 58-56 to Martínez was as generous as possible to Ioka.

    Every round I gave Ioka (the 5th-6th, 8th, and 10th-11th) was flagged as close. I can't imagine seeing him the rightful winner, as much as this displeases me.

    Once I get through this depressed mood I’m gonna hype myself the **** into hoping to seeing Pumita beat the daylights out of Bam Rodriguez. Father Time unfortunately remains undefeated though.

    What do guys reckon the future holds for the veteran from Osaka? One more NYE show against an unremarkable opponent just to wave goodbye to a storied career? I don’t think he’d beat Tanaka in a rematch honestly since Tanaka has improved a lot since their first fight and fixed a lot of the issues Ioka exploited the first time around. I definitely don’t want to see Ioka getting scalped by Bam. Estrada vs Ioka could be good since they’re both equally shot. I don’t want to see Ioka end things on a loss but I also don’t want to see him get hurt by trying to fight someone who could beat him.

    My man Ioka couldn’t pull it off but he made an admirable effort and lasted the distance. Martinez is a freaking force of nature man.

    If this is it for Ioka, it was a great career. But also full of "what could have been" and I hate that for him. :(

    And I love Martinez squaring up and switching southpaw during a combination. Throwback to Moore, Tyson, or Hagler. Much preferred over the fake pitty pat switch-hitting while prancing around the ring.

    I am thankful that he decided to cut his initial retirement so short. And in my opinion his post retirement run was on a higher caliber than his initial run.

    Martinez is such a tough SOB. Maybe someone like SSR could've tame him but if his opponent is only punching hard "enough" he just eats it and keeps coming
