Tecuapetla is much better than his record indicats. He gave Yaegashi a tough fight many years ago.

Also Rod was inactive when he fought Martin.

 

I wonder if the WBO will order a FORTH straight mandatory fight for Ioka.

 

You should watch it when you can, it was pretty fun.

 

Yeah, not a good look with that diverse selection lol. Considering the malleable nature of many of the rounds, I find it hard to believe that 3 non-biased judges could arrive at the same score.

 

Underestimating Rodriguez, off night mostly. Age may have been a slight factor, but I doubt it.

It's kinda mad how consistently his mandatories have been enforced compared to pretty much every other champion in the sport.

 

I wonder whether this version of Rodriguez could have beaten Martinez last December. Ioka looked somewhat sub par in parts (especially when you consider how he fought against Tanaka), but it was mostly due to Rodriguez who did show a lot of tenacity and a underrated skill set.
