    Actually I quit.

    j/k:D

Working on Planche pushups and one arm chins and pullups at the moment. Pistols are being done weighted and the one arm pushups are elevated. I don't really know how bad I want to reach elite status as 50-100 reps would get awfully boring and probably injure me.

Check out Bar-barians. Now those guys are complete animals on the bars and I'm slowly working towards that.

How is your training coming along?

Puma - sounds like your training is coming along very well... i'm impressed.

Couple of things for you to consider. For one arm elevated pushups, try to do them with your hand on a medicine ball - that's a lot of fun, and has caused me a fair few bumps on my nose! Also, one of my favorites - if you have access to somewhere with wooden rafters on the ceiling that you can reach, grab a hold of them and crank out a set of pullups... that one took a long time to master, but with negatives, static holds, plate pinch grips and pinch grip b/w rows I eventually got there, but I have to say it is probably the hardest thing that I ever trained for.

Best of luck, and keep up the good work!
