Pac and May's careers were both kind of disappointing after about 2010. They both avoided the best welterweights: Brook, Thurman, Spence Jr, Khan. No passing of the torch fights for them.

 

Okay, let him fight who he wants, just vacate the belts first. Just vacate the belts, stop saying you're the best, and fight anyone you want. Belts are for the number 1 guy who wants to fight the number 2 guy two or three times a year. If you don't want to fight the number 2 guy then you aren't the number 1 guy and you don't deserve the belt.
