    Funny stuff, but Keith Thurman is the coolest guy in boxing right now. So refreshing to see an intelligent guy in the ring instead of most of the PBC boneheads

    good vid. you should also be practicing your pivots around the swinging bag, to simulate a guy exploding at you or coming at you in angles. becomes habit to always keep the opponent in front of you with canons pointing at him.

    I think its cool that he makes a video like this. There are many people who are interested in boxing but don't know the correct way to work a bag, I myself was 1 of those people at one time.
