Guererro is the test Thurman fan's have been clamoring for, for sometime now. Robert has really grown into the division nicely and has the experiance to deal with anything keith brings to the ring that night. Robert has very good boxing ability, and is very durable. I believe if keith is the real deal he will comethrough with the victory, but at this point and time i dont think he is. I think roberts experiance and his ability to use veteran tactics will not only befuddle keith but help him to pull off this decision. Its a great fight doe.!
If you don't like the guy, at least give him a fair shake. Don't cut off everyone associated somehow and call them all bums.
To be fair, those same tactics have been used by either side for as long as the conflict has raged. (ie Mayweather fanatics/Pacquiao haters will be first to point out how shutting out Rios is nothing special) ...but one side does it a lot more.
By me? I know it goes both ways though. No denying that. I guess it's bias of me to single out one side, I'll admit.
Of all the appreciation threads I've done the one of the ones that got bashed the most was my Guerrero thread, which initially took me aback a little and then it dawned on me a second later the "pathetically transparent" reason for it. Its actually sickening the amount of Democratic/Republican like political strategizing that goes on within these 2 crackpot camps, never give an inch to the other side no matter how good or beneficial the idea is, because you may cede a teensy little bit of ground to the opposition which may make them look slightly good for a second. Its sad so many talented skilled boxers get caught up in the propagandha proxy wars between fanbases.
if Thurman can convincingly win this fight he'll be able to join the big boys and get the bigger fights imo
I hope so. I'd actually like to see him tested. It is a shame. I'm guilty of it in a sense, but that's usually when I hear someone over rating someone.
It's not true Thurman hasn't fought on this level. He KO'd a top condition Chaves which was nothing short of this level. I reckon this will be a wide UD win for Thurman.
