Thurman was nearly knocked out in the first round by bum Soto Karass who also had 8 losses.

What you choose to forget is that Brook was dominating Jones until a clash of heads caused a badly broken nose.

Brook gutted it out, even though he couldn't breath and was swallowing a lot of blood, came on strong in the final round to secure a win.

That's called passing a gut check. Keith has yet to have one- and like Lacy- he will fail his first against Brook :deal

And I can tell you are quite young and new to this, but there was more hype surrounding Lacy than Thurman. Lacy was called everything from the next Roy Jones to the next Mike Tyson.

 

What about Thurman. Why doesn't he step up and fight The Special One rather than bums like Thurman

If Lacy was green then Thurman is even greener. They had the same amount of fights as when Lacy got destroyed Joe. Differnce is Lacy had an extensive amateur career. And the people that was hyping him are the same people who are hyping Thurman who get blinded by what HBO and Showtime tell you rather than what you see with your own eyes. :deal
