Getting ready for this fight, Kell has done the best he can do in some respects and worst he can do in others. Taking himself out of Sheffield and training abroad will give him a much needed break from all the distractions he encountered when he based himself at wincobank. It's seems he's really knuckled down the past 6 month or so, he's trained good, as far as we know. He's had his nutritionist out there with him and for all intents and purposes he's give himself the much needed space to knuckle down and get himself in the best shape he can for this fight. On the other hand, not having Dom and the team from wincobank with him, will be a hurdle that will cost him. Dom knows him better than he knows himself and having a strong team is crucial when you go over to the states against one of their own p4p fighters. Was it the deluca fight where he first tried bringing another team in, I can't remember correctly. But I remember last time he changed trainers, they/he was giving it the old, "I'm in the best shape of my life" story but he performance wasn't that good. I'd love Brook to win but barring bud been one of those fighters who, not having the crowds around cos of cov19, puts in a real bad performance. Then I can only see one outcome here. Crawford late stoppage.
The first time he got stopped on his feet against an all time great middleweight, two weight classes above his own. Losing to close to prime GGG the way he did due to a damaged eye socket hardly qualifies as a massacre. The Spence fight was not a massacre in any way shape or form. It was a hard, competitive fight in which Kell won his share of rounds before he got hurt. Sadly, I think he will get stropped late here however. Wish him all the best and he has an outside chance but don't see this going 12 rounds. Kell at his peak 12-18 months either prior to or post Porter win would have been a 50-50 vs Crawford. Today, probably a 80%-20% against him.
GGG is a much stronger and heavier hitter, but skill for skill Kell was ahead You could even say the same in the Spence fight, except strength and punching power and skill levels were all much closer but Spence was a bit sturdier Brooks skill level is pretty elite, but he isn't that tough and he doesn't have game changing power. I expect Brook to look as good as he did in the Spence fight for at least a few rounds. Depending on how good Crawford REALLY is will give us an outcome. Crawford might give Brook a whooping and I wont be surprised, I do expect him too tbh. Brook might do better than expected too and I won't be that surprised. I don't rate Crawford as highly as you apparently do. Pre car crash Spence is a favourite over Craword IMO
If Crawford had got in the ring with GGG I wonder how he'd have done, same goes for all the welters. It's really bad to pass any judgement on Brook due to how he performed against a middleweight ko machine in his absolute prime, a guy who should be retiring undefeated with 2 wins or at least 1 win and a draw against, for many, the best boxer of the current era.
She’s well fit. I’d sausage her that much even the neighbours would start complaining about the smell.
