Interesting thing said here ,, Khan run him over no doubt about it ,, speed he done it well , i'm sure the courts had that sorted ,, but the guy loses his house , why ,, from whats being said ,, he gets run over ,, he gets injured , it affects his financial situation , and so on and so on . All in agreeance so far , but why the financial hardship , because khan was charged with running him over , he was'nt charged with driving with no insurance ... get my point , you get hit by a car you claim against there insurance .. Khan paid his insurance , so he should'nt off been held responsible for money after the fact .. If the guy recieved no compensation , its an insurance problem , he should of got a lawyer .
