Kell Brook gives up British title

'Great!' I was thinking because it looked almost certain he was going to fight Jennings next (based on Jenning's in a recent interview saying it was possible he would fight Brook next if he dropped the British title), but after reading the article it seems Jennings' facing O'Donnell :think

I hope he fights Hatton for the european belt. He'd lay a beautiful beating on him.

i dont see that at all, he carries the weight really well, not a tiny frame, not too bulky

 

Put him next to the likes of Clottey/Williams and i dont think you'd say that!

 

Hope he can get a decent world title fight soon, I think he'll be a good champion.

 

You could say the same for the majority of welters.

 

3 Defense's in double quick time but only beat 1 genuine top 10 Welterweight in the UK and even he is at the latter end of that. Kell still has loads to prove in my books it really is a shame that the Jennings fight didn't come off. Hopefully we will see him out again soon against someone half decent preferably.

 

imo brook is over-rated at the present time

 

Whenever he does step up, Its goin to be quite a big one. But one I reckon he'll handle ok. Been very impressed up to now. The kid looks quality. Time will tell.

 

Beaten nobody but its clear how talented he is, world class as long as his durability/chin hold up.

Love to see him in with anyone half decent who can take him the distance - Matt Hatton would be perfect for Brook imo, I know hatton is nothing like world class but he is a very sturdy welter and would tell us more about Kell. No way big bro lets it happen though obviously.
