And I'm sure if Kell or his team deliberately decided to do this (which they wouldn't have), Kell wouldn't have had his gloves off for all to see. What sort of advantage does a thin layer of tape being on the top of the hand give anyway???
personally looking at the wraps they don't look great, but maybe there borderline I'm no expert so couldn't say if there illegal or not
I heard Brook was wearing two pairs of socks... Obviously for extra spring in his step, somebody should investigate this claim.
