Because he lost if he won he wouldn't have said a word lol and if the Khan fight gets made you know that Khan not gonna give brook a catch weight his gonna drag brook to welter and he will not have a problem with that

He has been saying he struggles with the weight for years.

If Khan wants to fight at 147 Kell will have a problem with it, he may not even be able to make the weight. He will probably try but that doesn't mean he isn't drained there.

Spence was the one who proposed a rematch at 154. Kell is simply confident and up for the challenge apparently.

Brook was in a lose lose situation with Spence. If he would have vacated then people would have said he was running scared and now he has lost people are saying it was a bad move going back down to WW.
I was at Brammall Lane that night and I believe he was winning before his eye socket went. It was understandable he was concerned and cautious when it happened because of the danger he knew about with the other eye during GGG.
Don't get me wrong Spence deserved the win that night and is a good champion however if Brook can gain 100% confidence in his eyes then I think he could beat him at the bigger weight.
Personally I don't think it will happen as he is gunning for Khan but I would definitely watch a rematch.

Its a tough fight. But why not a rematch at some point down the line. It was a competitive fight afterall plus brooks struggling to find that dance partner that will sell well up at 154.

I,d have Spence again tbh...but who knows how good brook can be up at 154. Sometimes its allright to have an excuse. Its like the cardinal sin in boxing nowadays. Where no excuse whatsoever is acceptable. Brook was struggling at the weight...he was at that difficult age...where your kind of forced to move up. The thing brooks not taking into account tho....is he,d probably beat the 147 version of Spence at 154 but the 154 version of Spence probably comes with his own improvements. He looks like a big weight cutter himself. He,d hit harder at 154. Probably have more stamina himself etc.

    Still a decent option tho.
