His Dad is/has always been his manager afaik And if he isn't in contract with MR which he obviously isn't, then if a cash grab is first thing on their mind, then you can understand why they've done it.
Kells at the end now, there's no two ways about it. Apart from the Crawford fight, they only really have a Khan fight if that ever materializes, that's the only big money fights on the horizon.
It's time to cash in I'm afraid!

I wonder how much he would be saving by not paying Eddie and Dominic? Say a 2m fight purse

    10% trainer fee = 200k
    10% promoter fee = 200k?
    400k?

Don’t blame Kell for cashing out , once his boxing career has finished its a long time till he gets a pension ! If it is a £2M purse , which I don’t know, the respective management/ training fees are usually 25% and more for overseas fight. That’s a significant amount for Kell’s retirement fund.

He hasn't saved management fees as he is self-managed.

The guy is a multi-millionaire from his pay per puddings alone - his future financial position can only get wiped out with poor investments and a George Best lifestyle.

Surprised people don't realise how rich fighters like Kell Brook, Pudding Chisora, Pudding Whyte and Bank of Bellew are.

The Special Done should focus on his health and future happiness spending his PPV Loot - the Frankie Gavin Bag is still very heavy and he has still not touched the Golovkin and Spence bags.

You're right you cant blame the kid with all He"s been through...the stabbing by that psycho...the GGG fight...and worst of all the Spence reinjury of the eye.
A truly world class Brit...the victory over Shawn Porter was almost Honeyghanesque

You,d think eddie or frank would get him a better deal than his dad otherwise whats the point of having them. Stupid decision imo especially the no ingle. Fair enough if your fighting a no hoper but its crawford. You dont exactly go in the ring at that level thinking about retirement funds. You shouldnt be anyway.

Win, lose or draw you need the best team possible going away from home fighting crawford. Your dads probably not gonna cut it.
