He is always supposed to fight for a title but never does. Do you think he unsure of himself. Its always im going to fight this journeyman then im gonna fight for a belt but he never does. Is it Eddie Hearns fault?
Winning a major title is not easy. I know many people think it is, but it isn't. There's a lot of competition out there. It's also a cut throat business where you have to put up with a lot of red tape and politics. I have little doubt that Brook believes he's good enough to compete for a title, but that in itself won't get you a title shot. One was within his grasp, but a series of injuries derailed those plans. Supposedly, he's still in line for a shot at the IBF title, we'll see if that happens before the end of the year.
He did get hurt but i think eddie hearn is protecting him. Shawn porter has a belt kell should be trying to make moves shouting from the roof tops
Kell Brook is not as good as Sky are pushing him to be He fills out arenas fighting bums, people thinking his next fight will be the big one. This process, then repeat. Absolutely milking it
Shouting from the roof top means very little. The only thing he can do is make sure his team enforces he mandatory status.
he is the only fighter in history to duck his own title shot as the mandatory.........because he is holding out for a fight with amir khan.
Garbage, and the Carson Jones first fight is a reason why he's too shook to step up against a top 10 or better yet top 15 Welterweight.
I agree with this, its even harder when all the top fighters are fighting on another continent. He is making okay money sitting at home but he could make a lot more by crossing the pond, making some noise and fighting for a strap. Perhaps its confidence, poor management or a combination of both.
