Kell Brook officially better than Canelo.

Prime Mosley would have ruined Alvarez but I dunno man...Shane is badly shot imo I think his corner might pull him out late

 

I was trying to decide who had the better win over Hatton and concluded that Brook was way more dominant, however this was after Alvarez got his hands on him so there is an argument for saying Alvarez took something out of him, which i think he probably did.

But assuming Hatton was exactly the same I still have to go with Brook. He did it in such a relaxed style. Where are Alvarez was actually getting a lot of fight back for most of the rounds even though he won the vast majority.

Canelo would KO Brook.

 

Yeah IMO Kell did have a much better performance and showing Vs. Hatton. No denying that both showed their superiority none the less... but does this essentially mean Kell>Canelo... not a chance. That's not how boxing works.

 

Of course I'm hesitant! I re-watched Mosley Mora :-(

Kell and Alverez are about on the same level to me.One is just a little faster than the other.

Elite Mexican fighters > Elite British fighters

Ricky is a perfect example of this. He looked like a million bucks over there then as soon as he came to this side of the world he was exposed. It is much tougher to make it over here than it is in Europe.
