Like Paulie said the other day, Brook will have to move up eventually, but 154 has its own sticks of dynamite up there.

Why should Spence rematch him there. He has already beaten him - and has no logical reason to rush the natural progression up in weight.

Incidentally, I note that your previous prediction of a Brook victory - based, bizarrely, on your conviction that Brook has a larger schlong - didn't come true. Since that's how you are evaluating them, I see no reason to believe the result would be different at a higher weight - after all, you can't put muscle on a c***.

 

Brook is damaged goods. More in the head than anything else. The eye injury in the GGG justifiably took its toll on his confidence. He did not look good in this fight. Seldom committed to his punches for fear of being countered. He is gun shy. I am not blaming him, but that it my read on why he is finished.

No need for Spence to rematch him, he already beat him nKnee way, I think brook should give 154 a shot before hanging them up, 147 might be too much of a weight cut and "could" be one reason why he faded mid way though the last fight, it also could simply be Spence is a best and beat the fight out of him.

Brook should see what his engine and power is like at 154, if he gets another beat down then call it a day.
