Yeah Round 1 is the huge nut shot. Let me find the flying knee, hold up. I want to say it was 8 or something. I'll check.

    Look around 2:40 mark.

It was the 5th round. Clearly it is not as dramatic as I thought it was, as my memory had it as a low blow knee on the break at the end of round 1 rather than the low blow punch. Still.

Maidana in that fight is one of the dirtiest occasions of a boxer in a high profile bout in recent years. Cringe worthy but it made for a good show with some drama.

This does not even remotely measure up to Broner's dirty tactics in the Paulie fight. And unlike Paulie against AB, Floyd got in plenty of his own dirty work against Chino. :nod

There is at least 6 guys Brook has beat who I'd favor to beat number 1 on that list. And no, it's not close.

Brook would body Maidana with a accurate stinging body shot.

Maidana is a top fighter, though. Underrated and called B- or C level on here by many.

People rail on Brook about the Carson Jones fight. Carson Jones is really a 154 pounder to middleweight. He was big at the weight.

2nd fight Brook with proper S&C blitz him.

Not saying I disagree necessarily but I'm interested to see your top 20 WWs and which of them you think beats Rios. :think

Champions should fight champions. Why the **** even have a ranking system when the top dogs won't even fight each other.

Like seriously? How many champs are available? Or even top contenders.
This is what ****es me off.. really.

Kell is retiring after this fight? :think

Ohhhhh, this thread is about Floyd. My mistake, how did I miss that? :patsch

EDIT: I see you edited your post to make it less explicitly about Floyd, my sarcastic point still stands :deal

It's a gimmie for Brook, at least that's how his team will look at it.

Rios is known in the UK, the fight will sell and Brook will win.

    Good fight for them.

I would have never thought Brandon Rios would be getting this many opportunities. Good for him!
