    Khan by stoppage late on.

I am not one of Khan's biggest fans, but I do think he doesn't get the credit he deserves and gets far too much stick, but everyone is entitled to there opinion.

I believe Kell is made for Khan whichever version of him.

Khan will be too quick for Kell and easily outboxes him before stopping him late on in the fight, probably about the Eleventh.

The main issue with this prediction is one could make the argument that Khan is too quick for the majority of his opponents. He was too quick for Garcia, Alegri, Vargas, etc etc and that hand-speed means very little when you are not hard to hit. Khan has forever been open to the right hook, it doesnt matter who trains him as its a punch his always vulnerable against.

This fight follows the same pattern as usual. Khan fast for two rounds, by round 5 his slowed down greatly and he gets knocked out.

The only way Brook doesnt win is if he is a walking corpse due to the weight.

does a re-hydration clause matter THAT much? the 2nd weigh-in would be morning of the fight, then he has all day to do what he wants

I think that really depends on how making 147 is. If just getting to 147 is a struggle and then he cant rehydrate for another 24 hours then I say yeah it does matter.

It clearly matters for Khan or he wouldn't even be entertaining such a thing. He basically wants Brook to be as weak as he can possibly make him.

People still ain't sussed timing negates speed
    Especially reckless and repetitive speed
Fight should nt be happening now at this point to many excuses for either side
On the fore gone conclusion of brook sparking khan and holding the bragging rights over him
For khan to then say past prime past best clen boy fight took to much out of him
Dissming brook was and is the better fighter whilst bagging that loot
    Not for me thanks
    Keep it

he can still eat and drink, just not whatever he wants. The weight cut is always going to be a struggle, he looks awful at a 147 weigh-in.

I think Khan will try and get any advantage he can, he knows he needs any edge he can get

Taking the lesser challenge but wanting the having balls tag / warrior label
All for the bigger chunk of change

    Laughable ain't it

just show them the Garcia stoppage. That's a prime example of timing beats speed.

And Khan, like Russell Jr, doesn't really vary the speed of his punches. So, you could have the fastest hands in the history of boxing, but if you don't vary the speed, someone will time you.

Good post and some very valid points.

    But...

Will Kells eyes holed up when they are being peppered with very fast jabs and combinations, I feel they will let him down again.

Saying that though, Glass Eye V Glass Jaw should be interesting.

Those pitter patter punches from Khan do nothing.

    Or mixing up your punches
Jittery jab whilst edging forward to throw similar combos to then bounce out high energy game plan
Then people wonder why he's weakening constantly after 7 or so rounds

And that's the kicker. The lack of variation. It is why time and time again Khan gets found out and walks into traps.

i think that falls perfectly into Kell's style. He is very good at pot shotting and timing people for a counter
