Kell too defensively sound. Very solid fighter who is difficult to open up, not going to KO Rios though, so I see 118-110 UD for Brook.

if rios isnt to brain damaged he will win... but if he still has everything tact he will tear kell up no doubt.. rios did right vs alvarado... his offense wasnt so much his defense .. he still was highly offensive but he put his defensive skills to use instead of using them at a minimum and blockin punches with his face.

Brook takes him, too much boxing involved for Rios.

Brook is great against limited useless lifeless zombie type opposition, Rios can be another name to that ever growing list.

Who is now also a cripple with a retirement type of knee injury, I guess that's how Kell likes them.

HaHaHaHa!!!! Rios is not true welter and is small for the weight class! Brook's out classes Rios on physical attributes alone.

Brooks stoppage with in the distance or long sustain beating and wide margin decision!

Too many pac nuts trying elevate Rios as a legitimate danger at 147 even though he is not!!
His power is not the same, and he is not physically strong at 147 as he was at 130.

Rios style is very bad at this weight. It would be like pitting a pit bull against a mountain lion, good effort by the pit bull but in the end he gets gutted and done.

Rios is best making a place for himself at 140
