I think Kell is also shot and fighting against a young, hungry fighter is a very poor move.

I would suspect it gets made at a catch weight of 150. I just think Kell was just a lot less shot than Khan, and that he needs to only fight on against opposition that is of a similar age to him.

There is money still on the table for Kell so he will fight on.

I would still pick Brook but not with confidence. I mean Benn like whats he done for the hype? Brook couldl've ko'd all them guys Benn fought. It's just his eye sockets that make the fight a toss up really.

Completely depends on the weight. 152 and above and Brook is still too good. Anything below I don’t think he does safely.

Benn would win, unfortunately. Brook is past it. He’s a middle-aged man.

Gutted to say I think Benn wins now, shame as he wouldn’t have stood a chance in Brook’s prime.
Cracks me up how Eddie is referring to Brook as a Welterweight again all of a sudden

Unlike alot of people on here, I actually really like conor Benn.

But a fight against brook is by no means an easy night for him.

Brook still has that very good timing and very hard straight shots. If im honest, I'd probably lean towards a brook ko.

Benn was put over by a much weaker puncher earlier on in his career and there's one thing about brook, he always lands... Even Crawford had to eat a few before catching up with Kell.

It'd be an interesting match up.

Brook should should still have enough left to beat a domestic level fighter like Benn.

    I don't mind Benn.
I was a big fan of his dad so can live with his attitude- that's what made his dad so exciting to watch.

I don't think Brook would be in as good shape for the Benn fight as he was for Khan. And if that was the case I see Benn being too young and hungry for it.

I'd sooner Brook retire whilst he still has all his faculties

What are people baseing Benn being able to beat Brook on?
Benn has fought nobody but aging shot nobody's who he has dug up and dragged up weights he has never fought a guy like Brook.
Yes Brook is past his best but still looked very sharp against a shot Khan and Brook is a very big WW with very good power and timing and a very good boxing brain. I cannot see 1 thing Benn does better than Brook even at this stage of his career.
Not a chance this fight even happens a Benn and his team know Kell still has way too much in the tank for Benn and Eddie carnt take any risk what so ever with Benn.
Benn has to continue fighting nobody's and fighters around 40 years of age.
I am in no doubt whatsoever Brook stops Benn.

Brook only loses if he took the fight @147 but he wouldn't do that and Benn already claimed he will do that fight @150

If brook is motivated for the fight and does everything he should do in the training camp I don't see him losing.

Depends a lot on the weight:

If Benn forces Brook down to 147, Benn wins
If it's 149 again like Brook-Khan, I would lean towards Benn, but Brook has a better chance
If somehow Brook can get Benn to come up to 154 (unlikely), Brook wins

Brook for me. I think he would be too experienced. It would be a tough first few rounds with Brook slowly getting to Benn and stopping him mid to late. I thought Kell looked good in his fight against Khan. He must of trained really hard in the build up.
