Kell Brook vs Errol Spence Jr. prediction thread.

Not sure about the forum but all the Brook prediction vids I seen on YouTube have been by Americans who had no cause to favour Brook,he made an over eager Porter look very average and countered him all night long,skills wise Brook is better than Spence so if Spence can't get Brook outta there I just don't see him winning and I say that hoping the judges are fair.

 

I'll rewatch that, and ponder. I guess none of us know the outcome anyway - we're just putting out cards on the table so we can come back an analyse what happens I've seen Americans backing Spence, hell Floyd Mayweather is one of the guys backing him.

 

I am completely certain that this will be an easy win for Spence. This is how it will play down, Spence goes to the body and occasionally switches upstairs, by round 9 or 10 Brooke's gas tank will be empty from all the punishment and eventually......... man down. I wish i could bet something tangible on this prediction with people here going for Brooke. The truth will come out Saturday the 27th!

 

A lot of you guys are saying spence will go to the body and eventually emptied out brooks tank, u think brook will let spence do that whenever he chooses? Hell no, he fights back hard and is a great counter puncher. Spence will manage to get in some hooks to the body, but not anywhere near the volumn you spence supporters are making out. His best win was against a martial arts 10st boxer in algeri going up in weight.

Brook has been into the lions den and beating a big pressure fighter in porter, + traded with the most feared boxer at 160lbs. Let see how spence will handle going into the lions den against a current champ, not long to go now.

 

The closer this fight gets, the more I'm thinking Brook might pull it off. Spences defense is his offense, he finds his range with the jab then starts sitting down on the straight left. If Brook can counter the jab early and not allow Spence to find his range or get in a rhythm, he could make it a long night jabbing, tying up and potshotting like he did against Porter. Spence doesn't really move his head enough, I think he gets his chin seriously tested on Saturday. Spence has a great body attack but going to the body against an elite counterpuncher is always dangerous. Still a 50-50 fight but I'm starting to lean towards Kell.

I like both fighters. Don't see what Spence can hit him with that'll put him down that GGG didn't (although he was clearly dropped and it wasn't called).

Unless his eye is shot, he'll see the bell. Will he make weight safely after going to 160?

Spence has great talent, don't sleep on him.

 

Most people are greatly underestimating Spence's talent. Spence will not only win but he will win dramatically, taking out Brook in less than 8 rounds. He is going to bust up Brook. I am astounded that more people are predicting Brook is going to win. This is one of those fights I feel strongly about. Spence is a special talent.

 

That's a relatively likely outcome for those odds.

 

I said the same thing. It's easy to lay in body shots vs fighters who can't fight back.

Not so easy up against a counter puncher with great timing.
