    No he KOed a dude then called Khan out himself.

    And THEN he had his promoter come out right after and also call Khan out, and tell Khan how much money the fight would make.

    Khan not being the champ or even title holder has no obligation, moral or otherwise, to make the fight but Brook and Hearn at least made it crystal which fight they want.
