who wins??? i cant see brook losing this. mcintyre will be cagey, but brooks superior power and talent will allow him to win by tko imo.
I hope Macca wins for a number of reasons.... 1. He was ripped off by the BBBoC 2. It's always great to see an SN fighter with a padded record losing his 0 :deal
Dont be fooled by McIntyres patchy record, since hes stepped up to his present weight hes a different animal altogether. Much stronger. Also, he now trains full time, & the difference in him is like night & day from the guy who landed few L's earlier in his career. This one wont be easy for the inexperienced Brook. Having said that though, Brook may be inexperienced but he does have great natural talent IMO. Gotta give Brook credit for fighting McIntyre, should be a geat fight if it comes off! Its a long time away though... Man, this has to be one of the most boring years of british boxing I can remember. Fights are few & far between, Calzaghes fought once this year struggling to a controversial points victory over old BHop, Hatton has fought once this year, struggling over the finishing line against a blown up lightweight, Arthur hasnt fought yet this year after stealing Guzmans title & Khan made a meal of beating an old Gomez. As for Haye-Enzo, that fight was a non-event. Funny as ****, but a non-event all the same. Sorry for going off topic, just thinking out loud...
I hope McIntyre wins this one and can not look past him getting the win. Kell is a good fighter but I do not think he is of domestic title class just yet.
Ive heard a rumour that mcintyre wasnt actually injured. ive heard he was told to pull out the fight by barry hughes as willie limond was fighting on the same night against graham earl and ironcally that was postponed due to an injury.
That Rumour is completely false , but you know how folk can just make up stupid ones like that, Kevin was geniunly injured and was gutted that he had to pull out and then devastated that he had his Belt taken form him This has given him more motivation to do a number on brook and get his belt back. Look for a Few of us Paisley boys and Girls doing the congo in Birmingham when his hand is Raised at the end, Brook is good but Kevin Mcintyre with with Experience and Fitness is better,
McIntyre is a good lad and I hope he can do it, but, I think Kell might be too slippy for him, hope I'm wrong though.
The rumour came from someone very close to the braveheart camp. though i hope your right and kev wins HIS title back and thats coming from a GREENOCK lad!! haha!!
