Have not seen a poll (or a recent dedicated thread) on the matter, so... Is anybody giving the panther a solid chance to win here? :huh I don't imagine he'll be quite as negative as he was with Canelo Alvarez against the smaller (same height but slighter of build) and less sledge-fisted Brook. Still, if that performance is even approximately indicative of his current abilities we can probably count on him doing just enough to lose comfortably on points while spiking his efforts to win just an odd round or two to preserve dignity. Really, I see two distinct and equal struggles here: for Brook, to finish his man and for N'Dou to somehow actually win. Either would be a shock. So a KO for Kell, or any type of victory for Lovemore would please me as a break from the almost overbearing nature of the superficially predictable outcome. :dead
Jones pulled out of fighting brook' to fight soto karas for a second time' he wont fight brook and arum wont let him. brook to dangerous.
Brook wins, Now if this was a Wa rren card you could say a dodgy stoppage..not sure cos he's with matchroom now. Who knows but i'm still yet to see this unreal punch power.
N'dou has slipped into journeyman mode, thats why this isn't too exciting. Hopefully he shows up with ambition. If he does it might be a bit interesting, Brook hasn't faced anyone that can take a punch and box with him for 12. Nobody has even tested Brook's defence.
They didn't fight because the fight didn't make sense when potentially at the time they could have waited and it would have hopefully been for the WBO strap. I don't recall Frank calling "duck".
Brook hasnt faced anyone close to his ability so far & his chin remains unchecked so I understand the scepticism. Going on what Ive seen of N'Dou & his age I expect little more than a walking punch-bag fight night. As Brooks biggest ESB advocate I think he will inflict a punishing beating & the ref will show mercy at some point, N'Dou going out on his shield like the warrior he is. Kell is motivated for this & will make a statement about his future.
Brook more dangerous than Soto Karass?! Get ****ed :deal Brook on points for me. Ndou will be aggresive enough that Brook can show of his fast, sharp shots, but I'm not certain he has much power on those shots, when they're clean they're very accurate and sharp, but Ndou, despite being past his best and out of his best weight (and never actually that good anyway) is durable and experienced. It's a good fight for Brook as he has done **** all so far. But hardly proving ground as a potential top-notch 147lber. Ndou just doesn't have the dig (I don't think I can recall seeing Kells chin really tested yet, but he looks strong enough) to exploit Brooks horrible defensive flaws.
