No date / venue set. Remember Mr Warren has no TV contract as yet. Wouldn't panic though, expect Sky to renew.
I think Kell has the tools to become a world beater. If he is to do that he should breeze past a fighter of Jennings standing. I would say after a close first 3 or 4 rounds, Kell takes over and stops him around the 6th
Warren has said it will be October at some point apparently! I wonder if it will be up North (Sheff or Manc?) or on the undercard of a bigger event?
I hope its not on the undercard tbh, deserves main event status this one. Definitely travelling wherever in the UK for this one.
yeah true, I'd just rather it headline a good domestic show instead with most people actually there to watch those 2 instead of other fighters etc. I think it takes the shine of the fight a little. Dunno perhaps its just me.
WHAT ? AGAIN?????????????? You've got to be joking. No doubt a repeat of the MEN farce. ppv with the 3 Olympians on the bill for good measure, very little if any exposure for Kell with only 1 of Kell's rounds shown on Sky and only then on the repeat, not live. Meanwhile we get treated to Khan and the Olypians knocking over some carefully selected cannon fodder and pay through the nose for the privelege.
heard its gonna be in preston at the guild hall at the end of october thats not deffo but its 90%. jennings will sell the place himself. i think the guild hall holds 2000 ish for the boxing gonna be electric come on jennings
This will be a brill fight think kell will have to much for mike now due to his age , inactivity and cotto beating think if was mike of few year ago would be 50/50 fight cant wait for it tho
If Brook/Jennings was on the next Khan undercard i'd imagine it would be chief support, and therefore televised in full (on ppv of course).
Sounds good to me, nice weekend in Manchester. Getting excited now for this fight more than any other fight in a good while! Come on Mick!!!
If its in Preston that would be fantastic! I agree about it not being buried on a Khan undercard, i still cant believe sky couldnt squeeze in a 3 round fight on to their tv coverage!
