Anyone a little interested in this one?

Brook was having weight and injury issues for a good long while. He ****ed Carson Jones around and ended up fighting him at a catch weight above welter, presumably because he couldn't make the original 154 without draining himself.

Now for Senchenko he comes back down to welterweight. :think

Brook has been dragging smaller fighters up for the few years he's been in the bright lights now, but he's actually smaller than Senchenko here.

Senchenko's skin is prone to swelling and cuts, but Brook himself is a bleeder as of late as well. His nose got busted up in both Carson Jones fights and he gets that dark, gusher like nosebleed going.

If the weight cut has any affect on Brook he could be in trouble in the latter rounds of this bout. Senchenko is without doubt a 12 round fighter and stopped a shopworn Hatton with a single body punch with three minutes to go last year.

    Anyone have any thoughts?

Am sure brook hasn't got any problems for this fight we know he is protected why be protected then risk it against senchenko just doesn't make sense he will win with ease

He's a more dangerous opponent than the likes of Matthew Hatton :tired

    I don't think he's an awful fighter.

A somewhat limited one who's protected to a degree, yes.

Certainly no Wilder, but I don't think he's the ****in' bees knees or anything

Senchenko is tailor-made for Brook so we won't get much out of the matchup. He's going to try and box with Brook at a reasonable pace, except for Brook has all the physical advantages on him except length. I expect a late stoppage win by Brook in a relatively one-sided affair.

I think Kell Brook should win without too much trouble.

Discuss it? I don't even want to watch it, but have no choice since it would be silly to do a RBR for the "co-feature" (Rose vs. Maciel, all I really care about on this card) and not the nominal main event.

    Brook, atrociously dull UD.

    Very good fight.

Brook will step up when the times right, this is basically for a shot for the ibf,

After special k wins this, he has to step up.

Lets be fair, brook would beat malignaggi, likely tko.

Feels weird posting here again, haven't been on here for over 3 years!

Anyway i'm off to the fight tonight, should be a decent test and nothing else, i suppose we will see if hes ready for the step up to world level at least.

Cracking card too whats everyone making of the Rose - Maciel fight? reckon Rose might come unstuck here, not sold on him yet

Both fighters are limited, but I'll take Brook in this one.
